Hello, my name is Malik Langston, l am excited that you are interested in one of the most exciting things you can do for your life, taking control of your fitness! This can improve your mental health and leads to control over areas such as: Managing weight Lowering the risk of Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure and Diabetes Improving the cardiovascular system to combat respiratory illnesses Reducing the risk of heart attack Overall, just feeling better, being better, and doing better to enjoy a great time to be alive. Allow me to introduce myself: I am the head trainer for All For One Fitness as well as One for All Basketball. I am also a top ranked senior trainer with Fitness on the Go, Canada's largest network of Personal trainers. l graduated with honors with a BA Degree in Kinesiology, while playing football and running track and field on the varsity teams at York University. l practice what l preach. I am a certified fitness coach, personal trainer and nutritionist. My goal is to change lives on multiple levels.
