Allow me to introduce myself: I am the head trainer for All For One Fitness as well as One for All Basketball. I am also a top ranked senior trainer with Fitness on the Go, Canada's largest network of Personal trainers. l graduated with honors with a BA Degree in Kinesiology, while playing football and running track and field on the varsity teams at York University. l practice what l preach. I am a certified fitness coach, personal trainer and nutritionist. My goal is to change lives on multiple levels.
