- They have not studied an approved Canadian immigration law program or taken the ICCRC exams.
- They do not have errors and omissions insurance meaning no protection for you when things go wrong.
- They cannot represent you in any Canadian immigration matter and will not be allowed to liaise with CIC.
- You will be guilty of misrepresentation if you do not declare who represented you with your immigration application on Immigration Form IMM5476.
- When you are found guilty of misrepresentation you will be banned from entering Canada for a period of 2 years.
