Who is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant?
It is very important to understand the difference between a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and an unauthorized consultant.
Everyday there are several cases reported of fraud immigration services. Even if they charge less, beware of such losses.
ICCRC was created to protect the consumers, as its members must adhere to a strict code of ethics and conduct to meet its standards.

<li>We must possess valid errors and omissions insurance for enhanced consumer protection.</li>

<ul><li>They are not accountable to any organization or Canadian Governmental body like the ICCRC.</li>
<li>They are not monitored and do not have to meet any licensing, ethical or regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>They have not studied an approved Canadian immigration law program or taken the ICCRC exams.</li>
<li>They do not have errors and omissions insurance meaning no protection for you when things go wrong.</li>
<li>They cannot represent you in any Canadian immigration matter and will not be allowed to liaise with CIC.</li>
<li>You will be guilty of misrepresentation if you do not declare who represented you with your immigration application on Immigration Form IMM5476.</li>
<li>When you are found guilty of misrepresentation you will be banned from entering Canada for a period of 2 years.</li>
