Mr. Khan, as a Lawyer licenced to practice law in Ontario, Canada, handles Immigration Law and Real Estate Law. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Canadian immigration, refugee and citizenship law.
His practice is devoted to representing major multinational clients in the movement of business people across international borders, with a particular emphasis on the Entrepreneurs and Investors including movement of foreign workers and corporation of their business entities.
Mr. Khan regularly makes submissions to embassies, consulates, high commissions and visa posts, as well as to ports of entry and inland immigration processing centres.
Mr. Khan's practice also includes applications under the North American Free Trade Agreement, US Business Permits and international treaties.
Mr. Khan has also represented numerous clients in the Immigration refugee board and Appeal tribunals. As a full licensing Attorney, Mr. Khan is also filing cases in Federal Court for challenging immigration decisions made by visa officers overseas.
A member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association, Mr.Khan is a highly educated and experienced practitioner.
Mr. Khan has extensive knowledge and experience in all immigration and real estate matters. On Immigration practice, Mr. Khan has also worked for "Ernst and Young" Egan LLP Business Immigration Services group in Toronto, Canada.
He holds an LLB degree and was educated at University of Toronto, Canada along with Masters of Law degree (LLM) from London University specializing in Comparative Immigration and Commercial law.
Mr. Khan on Real Estate matters practices in residential closings and giving Independent Legal Advices on Mortgages, Guarantees and refinancing for individuals and esteemed banks in Canada.
Mr. Khan is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi and always delivers when you need him the most.
