Suresh R. Desai, CPA, CA
Founder
Suresh qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1967 and was further recognized as a Fellow of the ICAEW. After working in public practice as well as the Canada Revenue Agency, he founded Desai and Associates in 1977.
Manu R. Desai, CPA, CA
Partner since 1979
Manu qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1973 and was further recognized as a Fellow of the ICAEW. After working in public practice and becoming a partner at another Vancouver based firm, he joined Desai and Associates in 1979.
Kevin Desai, CPA, CGA
Kevin qualified from the Certified General Accountants Association of BC in 1992. He has extensive experience with all general accounting and tax matters and specializes in personal and corporate tax planning.
Nikhil Jain, CPA, CGA
Nikhil qualified from the Certified General Accountants Association of BC in 2014 and graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of British Columbia in 2012. He has worked at Desai and Associates since 2007.
Naresh T. Desai, CPA, CA
Partner since 1986.
Naresh qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1966 and was further recognized as a Fellow of the ICAEW. After working twenty years in the industry, he joined Desai and Associates in 1986.
Shaun Desai, CPA, CA, MBA
Shaun qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC in 2001 and graduated with an MBA degree from the Rotman School of Business, the University of Toronto in 2006. He has previous public practice experience working at big accounting firms and has also worked in corporate banking and credit at large Canadian banks.
Stefan Rizothanassis, BA
Stefan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria in 2004. He has worked in public practice since 2006 and is currently enrolled as a Level 4 CGA program candidate.
