Yoga is for anyone who wants to renew a contac t positive with herself, through better use of physical energy, mental, emotional and psychological. We recall that in Yoga Sadhana person is considered a 'client', the school is a place of stress, meditation, self-exposure, we do not sell a product. It is everything to everyone to get involved, to cultivate a sense of faith and devotion, any situation within the school or in connection with it is an opportunity for those who so interested to challenge and develop personally.
