Hello, My name is Shruti. I am a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor who went through training of more than 1750 classroom hours. I stayed in the Ashram for 6 months to get my knowledge. I offer one on one private , group , seniors chair yoga, kids and corporate ergonomics yoga classes. I am currently working for Unison's Health, teaching private and at home classes. I can design classes required by the age, flexibility and body type.
