Gentle & Restorative Yoga class Discover Iyengar style Yoga and all the benefits it would bring to your life. During class we will focus on: -Breath awareness and techniques to combat depression/anxiety. -Practice of asanas (poses) with the best and most safe alignment for your own body, using many props to enhance and build strength, flexibility and balance. Pre registration 8 classes: $112 Drop in available: $16 per class Currently running classes every Monday. All equipment will be provided (Cork blocks, straps, bolsters, eye bags)as well as aromatherapy (Ayurvedic and therapeutic oils) Please bring your own mat and blanket.
