Hello, My name is Shruti and I am offering Classical Hatha Yoga Classes at my Home in Pickering. I am a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor who went through training of more than 1750 classroom hours. I stayed in the Ashram for 6 months to get my knowledge.
Why do Kids need Yoga? - It improves concentration and learning ability -Improves confidence - Manage stress through conscious Breathing -Yoga helps reduce the risk of injuries in sports and games because body become supple and flexible.
Why Yoga with me when you can play video on youtube like they do it in school?
-Kids will be motivated to perform poses seeing other kids. -Kids will get personal attention which is not provided in school and at home . -kids will get correction for each posture to make sure you are not performing wrong yoga. As Yoga can do much harm if performed wrong. -My class will include Yoga practices, Pranayam (Yogic Breath), and Nada Yoga (sound yoga which is highly beneficial for mental health of a child) -Last but not the least, you get what you pay for.
