My name Is Shelyn Somani, I'm an MD (and mother of 3, wife, certified meditation instructor, certified acupuncturist and Reiki practitioner) here in Grande Prairie, and I am passionate about women's health, especially the mental and emotional aspects. Which of course in turn translate into our physical health, relationships, etc. The dates and times are set for the next women's group I'm holding ... it will be held at my house on Saturdays from 10am-12pm. The start date is June 18th, and the last session will be held on July 16th.
Some of the topics we will nourish ourselves with include meditation, self care, how to have a healthier nervous system, relationships, body image, parenting, and anything else that comes up.. it's all welcome. It will be a comfortable, safe, loving, and peaceful space for healing, relaxation, and transformation.
The cost is $375/ person.
