Wanted: Looking for electrician

Hi, I am looking for an electrician journeyman for a 240 receptacle install for EAST INDIAN TYPE mixer (motor runs on 240 power, it was purchased in India so doesn't have Canadian style plug). I am also looking to install CENTRAL VACUUM system, I have 3 outlet rough-in done by the builder. It goes to basement and a wire also goes along with it. I am planning to buy online, you mut be able to suggest the brand etc and if it is worth buying online. I checked local Edmonton retailer and it looks costly to me. I have explained what I am looking for, don't bug with the question *I need more information*. Reply if you understood and can do the job. I will need references so if you are hesitant to provide references for small job than please don't reply.
