Wanted a job as Trainee Tax Accountant

Hi, I am a 46 years old with over 20 years of International Accounting experience ( with most reputed FMCG Co). I hold MBA(Finance), B. Com qualification from University of the Punjab and completed Payroll certification (PCP) from Canada. My future goal is be a self employed tax and payroll specialist . I am willing to learn to fill up the gaps in my skills. I need some accounting firm to get me trained in this busy tax season even in return I may get paid only close to min.wage.
