I am an university student and want to share my apartment with male Gujarati student/s (Swaminarayan Preferred) - Available from 01-February-2019
1. One bedroom, hall, kitchen 2. Furnished with WiFi, TV, sofa set, refrigerator, 4 coil kitchen stove with oven, cupboards, microwave, dining table, double bed, rack, closet, chairs etc... 3. Hydro, internet included 4. Laundry room is separate (paid) 5. Food has to manage on own (You can cook if you would like) 6. No alcohol allowed, No smoking allowed, No parties and gathering allowed 7. No pets allowed 8. Pure vegetarian 9. No eggs, no fish, no meat allowed 10. Public transports are very feasible 11. Near to Humber college and Swaminarayan Mandir 12. Near to No frills, Sunny Food Mart, Service Canada, Library, Dollar Store, Convenient store, Medical Center etc... 13. Within Gujarati Community (Can enjoy all Indian festivals) 14. Whatever is available with us those things can be shared as curtsy but ownership will be of ours. If any new requirements will raise then those things will be procured in sharing. 15. Cleaning of the whole apartment is a joint responsibility of all mates.
Apartment will be shared within 3 persons including myself so I need more two(2) mates. Bedroom will be shared by two(2) persons and I will use hall for sleeping.
If any person wants a separate bedroom then sharing amount will be $700 and apartment will be shared between two (2) persons only including myself. If person is ready to share bedroom then sharing amount will be $425 each.
