Want to hire cleaning and organizing help childcare

Hello I work too much and would like to hire a cleaning organization person preferably a phillipino or Indian lady (non smoker, no drugs or instability )which could sometimes look after my 2 children aged 3 and 5 could lead to more hours. Pay is 17 an hour to start. It’s not even dirty just unorganized. Must have clean record and be good with children. bonuses and car maybe available to the right candidate. Must have drivers licence.
