I don't believe the future is set in stone, but I know difficult situations are guaranteed. When I work with a client, we don't focus on hiding from or avoiding the bad times because that doesn't work. You are only able to control what choices you make and what actions you take so we look at your options. Knowledge is our best line of defence: How can we weather the trying times? Who can we rely on for support when our load is too heavy to bear alone? What lessons are we able to take away from the experience? How can we show ourselves grace and compassion before, during, and after these periods?
