I am an experienced Tandoor Chef with 15 + years of experience working in Indian and Pakistani restaurants. I specialize in marinating - Tandoori Fish - Tandoori Chicken (Whole chicken, boneless & quarter legs) - Malai Boti - Seekh Kabobs - Reshmi Kabobs - Bihari Kabobs and much more.
I am offering to marinate your restaurant's items for $5 per pound and I will bring my own spices. You must be located in Mississauga or Brampton and have a minimum of 10 pounds to marinate. I can come to your restaurant for however many days in the week and marinate your BBQ items. For the kabobs I will even cook them half done so you can cook them during your rush hours and they will be juicy & flavorful.
