They say, "No job is big or small;" WRONG! Job size matters! Big jobs require time to do it RIGHT, small jobs should be done within a reasonable time, rather than taking long for no reason. Either should be done professionally. At Syed Painting and Handyman services, you get what you expect when spending a significant portion of your budget on a project. For an interior painting project, you deserve the peace of mind. Your walls must look awesome! No, I do not offer a "one-day painting" service; if you are in a rush, I would suggest you plan your project when you have enough time to allow your painting contractor to do the job professionally. Interior painting is not something you do every year or two. Everything matters; quality of paint, quality of paint applicators (rollers rushers, pads, etc.), workmanship and, contractor's honesty with his profession. Here is how I start and finish an interior painting project: 1- On the first day, you will get help (if requested) to move your furniture within or outside the room. 2- I will cover your floor and furniture with protective sheets 3- Any holes, damages and dents on the surface will be filled and sanded. Don't worry; I will use my vacuum to lift the sanding dust. 4- First, your trims, mouldings, baseboards and, doors and window frames will be painted. Then the walls and doors. 5- Interior paints show the actual color within an hour. Any final touch-ups will be done after one or two hours of painting. The same procedure is followed for almost all areas in your house. For the washrooms, it is ideal not to take a shower on the day of painting; moisture affects the drying time and the finish. 6-Finally, it is time for you to do an inspection and point out any flaws that need touch-ups. PAINT BRAND: There should be no compromise on the quality of paint. I use Benjamin Moore paints and never get complaints of bubbles, chips or other quality issues. Each type of room should be treated differently; for example, the paint I am using for your bedroom should not be used for bathroom and kitchen. There are separate paints for bath and kitchen.
