We are currently hiring for seasonal labour positions for the upcoming 2021-2022 winter season.
Job Description
Labour:
To shovel snow from walkways, entrances, sidewalks and wherever areas machine is not accessible
To hand salt areas wherever is required. For instance, walkways, entrances, sidewalks and wherever areas machine is not accessible.
To assist in loading and unloading equipment, tools, supplies and material
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be able to work long and flexible hours including graveyard shifts and holidays
Must be able to work in cold/freezing temperatures
Must be capable of lifting 25 kg bags of ice melt
Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job
Must be available 24/7 and on-call during snow falls and when temperatures are in the minuses
Must be able to attend work on time
Should have valid Class 5 drivers license (Preferred)
Will be required to work in the lower-mainland
Salary:
$16-$20
