Our exclusive spa treatments are designed to be therapeutic and relaxing. Therefore, to ensure that you and our guests receive the utmost benefit from our spa services, we request that you turn off cellular phones and pagers and maintain a quiet conversation in all spa areas.
SPA PACKAGES
We require a credit card number when scheduling appointments with multiple therapists and for an appointment of more than 2 hours duration. Please note that “packages” are designed to be enjoyed at one sitting, and not separated.
FOR YOUR COMFORT
For your comfort we suggest wearing Spa robes, wraps, and sandles provided with your treatments. Undergarments are not necessary for body massage treatments, however may be worn if preferred. All our therapists are trained to drape towels to ensure your privacy.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 24 hours is required, and 48 hours for the cancellation of a package or multiple appointments. In consideration of others who may want to utilize your appointment time, promptly notify us of a conflict. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge for your appointment. Not showing up for a prepaid appointment (Gift Certificate) will be viewed as payment for the service time reserved, and the gift certificate will be considered redeemed.
