Rubaina obtained her law degree from University of Windsor. She then trained with one of Toronto’s prominent defence lawyers to obtain the experience she uses to defend her clients’ rights. She has represented a wide range of clients in criminal and quasi-criminal matter proceedings before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.
Rubaina is a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association in Toronto and practices exclusively in the area of criminal defence. She understands that being charged, whatever the charge may be, is an extremely serious and stressful matter for you.
