Two bright rooms are available for rent in a townhouse ( tamarack/maples area). Close to all the amenities. All the utilities included with fast wifi. The house is brand new. And you will be sharing it with a working Punjabi lady. No alcohol or parties please. Breakfast and dinner is also included. (Vegetarian) looking for female students or couples (Punjabi/Indian preferred because she can only speak Punjabi). Rent is $750 for one room one person or if you would like to share the room with your friend or parter than the rent is $950 . One parking is included (garage).
