Residential Cleaners Available

Hello our names are Kamal and Matt. We are professional cleaners with over 15 years experience in the industry and are offering residential cleaning services to London and surrounding areas. Our many years cleaning in Healthcare combined with residential/commercial cleaning offers a unique safety minded perspective to our work. We offer one time cleans, reoccurring cleans on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis and move in-out cleans Monday to Friday. Our hourly rate starts at $30 per person or $60 per hour as a team of two. Pricing will depend on the level of cleaning required. Length of time for the clean will depend on the size of the home and the extent of cleaning needed. Please call or text us at 250-213-7307 or email kmcleaning22@yahoo.com Below are some of the services we offer during a residential clean: -Washing floors and vacuuming carpets throughout home. -Dusting throughout home including wall mounted items, furniture, cabinetry, door frames, baseboards, outside of vents, appliances, lights, walls etc. -High touch points throughout home such as wall switches, door handles, hand railings, phones, controllers, cabinetry handles etc. -Full clean of washrooms including toilets, showers/tubs, sinks, glass surfaces, doors, Cabinetry. -Bedrooms including chairs, tables, beds, lights, glass surfaces, cabinetry, doors, tvs. -Kitchens including tables, chairs, lights, cabinetry, sinks, oven/stove tops, microwave, dishwasher, outside of fridge, backsplash, glass surfaces, doors, tvs. -Living/family rooms including chairs, sofas, tables, cabinetry, lights, glass surfaces, doors, tvs. -General areas such as hallways, stairwells and entry ways including tables, chairs, lights, doors, cabinetry, glass surfaces. Special requests can be made and will be factored into the overall time of the job. These requests can include cleaning inside fridges, deep cleaning window blinds, deep cleaning of walls, tile grout scrubbing, inside windows of house (not above 10ft) etc. Please note at this time we are only accepting cash or etransfer. However we will be able to offer more payment options in the near future as we continue to set up our business. Payment will be required upon completion of each clean.
