Indian cooking made easy and quick with our ready to use pyaaz tamatar (onion-tomato) tadka. Freshly prepared in pure desi ghee, our tadka saves redundant time and effort in preparing onion tomato base for any sabji, dal (lentils) and paneer/chicken curries. Add some water to the tadka in a heated pot/pan, throw in your favourite cut vegetables/lentils, herbs and spices and let it cook. Our tadka is super-concentrated, and you will find that adding water dilutes the tadka into a rich curry/gravy base for any dish that requires it. Our tadka comes frozen in 500gms and 1kg packs, and is made with the best ingredients available. Please note that we don’t add any preservatives/chemicals to the tadka, and it is best kept frozen for longer use.
