Next, I will hold face to face meetings, designed to determine the approach that is best suited for you, based on your knowledge and experience in the real estate market.
We can evaluate your current financial situation and calculate how much house you can afford and the maximum purchasing price you should be considering; enlisting help of an industry-leading mortgage broker that I partner with.
We will discuss such things as neighborhood choices.
Once these considerations have been made, the rest is quite straight-forward.
I will add you to my buyer database where an active search begins. You will be updated, moment by moment as new property matches appear that suit your preferences.
I will setup appointments to view houses, and once your new home has been found, we will negotiate the best terms and price possible for you.

My first objective is to help you set a listing price that represents your property's top market value. Pricing a property is a balancing act.
My philosophy for pricing a home is to take a realistic approach and thus we set listing prices that maximize motivated buyers who will be willing to pay top dollar for your property while at the same time not overpricing or underpricing as to lose serious buyers or set the stage for negotiations resulting in less than market value for your home.
Once a listing price is set, I will maximize your property's exposure through my extensive Marketing Action Plan.
I will offer advice on preparing your home for buyers first impressions, feedback on showings, update you on any market changes that could affect the sale of your property, present and discuss offers with you, negotiate the highest price and best possible terms as well as manage all transaction details.
