My name is Rajan Rana and I am a certified Kinesiologist, verified through BCAK. I graduated from S.F.U. in 2019 and I have been in the health and nutrition practice since then. (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rajansrana/)

I am constantly looking for up to date research in the strength and conditioning field, finding the best evidence-based practice, which I use currently with clients. In the past year, I have started playing tennis and going on local bike rides exploring lower mainland. I enjoy watching MMA and European soccer.

I understand with Covid restrictions, going to a gym for the first time learning what to initially do, getting regular exercise and general self-health care has been difficult for some. This is where I want to help bridge the gap.

I have had lots of experience working remotely from home providing one to one and group training, with zero equipment using all body weight, to a space with full on gym equipment.

I am offering a variety of services both remotely (online via Google Hangout or Zoom) and in person at outdoor, spaced areas such as parks/fields near me.

- one to one personal training ($50 remote and $70 in person) - group training ($50 remote and $60 in groups of 2 or more) - rehab movement training (post-injury) ($50 remote and $70 in person) *all sessions are ~60 minutes

I provide a free consultation. This is where we can get to know each other and talk about goals and ambitions, limitations and restrictions and getting an understanding of what our relationship with health and wellness is.
