Hello and Namaste everyone. My name is Angus Horsman. I am offering private guided yoga and meditation sessions to help ease your anxiety, depression and stress. No experience required. No mat no problem. Mats can be provided. As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression as well as had experienced work burn-out, I understand how overwhelming it can be. I am a certified Traditional Yoga Instructor and I use yoga and meditation regularly to help stay calm and present and I want to help others who may be suffering as well. Yoga is the ancient science to strengthen our relationship between our physical, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing.
