My name is Rohan I am NASM certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition coach with 7 years of experience. I can help you achieve your goals through fitness and nutrition coaching. I run an IN-HOME personal training business in the Region of Peel and surrounding areas.
From weight loss, to toning and firming, to muscle gain, I also specialize in working with people having bad back/knee injuries to help you manage your pain so you can successfully live pain-free everyday.
I do understand the simplest of the things are not so easy to do. My Philosophy get these 3 in order.
Exercise Nutrition Rest/Recover
If I describe the FITNESS aspect its 3 legged stool which requires mobility/strength training and Cardio any 1 missing makes the stool wobble
NUTRITION-One of the hardest aspect for most of us yes even myself included. I love food I can make your life easier around the food choices you make every day whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, or recover from an injury.
REST-last not but not least which is your responsibility. I cannot do this for you but can guarantee your accountability.
I make personalized programs for each individual client considering goals, age, weight and weight goal, blood pressure, body fat percentage, and past and present injuries.
I'd love to help you get started towards your goals and help you reach your best potential!
I will be using basic equipment like dumbbells, kettlebell, bands, etc. for in-home workouts

Personal training Rates
$60/HR or $70/HR for two people. OR $40/HR for 10 sessions (Train 2 times a week minimum to receive this offer) OR $30/HR (Train 4 times a week minimum to receive this offer)
