We all work together to make this a good home, you have your own room and public areas are shared. You are responsible for cleaning your room area and shared responsibility for the common areas.
There is high speed internet, satellite TV, laundry, all included. You have full access to the kitchen
There is a big backyard and there are two bus stops on the corner.
Hoping that this will be a good safe haven that you can call home. You should like dogs.
Rental = One year $ 650 a month Six months = $ 675 a month three months = $ 700 a month.
Meal plan available for extra $ if that is something that you are looking for
No short term rentals. No drugs, and no smoking of anything in the house. Quiet Time after 10 PM
As a point of interest, as I am not getting any younger if you are able to do extra things around the house there may be a slight reduction in rent. ( Handyman ( or lady )), plumber, cleaning, cooking, painting, gardening etc )
