Are you a seasoned Payroll Specialist ready to take on a new challenge? Our client, a healthcare company located in Toronto, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to help out on their team! The ideal candidate has 2 years payroll experience, strong excel skills, and experience with ADP. This is a contract position with the potential to become a permanent role.

Responsibilities will include, but need not be limited to:
•Performance of daily payroll department operations
•Management of workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
•Processing and verification of payroll, payments and reconciliations of 3rd party accounts
•Processing of documentation for employee tax purposes
•Ability to investigative and correct any payroll errors
•Processing accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary
•Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed

•Attention to detail
•Intermediate Excel skills
•ADP and Ceridian
