Pam Hayer
After more than 20 years in the airline industry, Pam Hayer obtained her law degree at Queen's University (Kingston) in 2003 and is now the principle legal representative and founder of Hayer Law.
Based on her extensive knowledge of customer service and the hospitality industry, Pam focuses her practice on providing clients with a premium service as she strives to not only meet, but to exceed their every expectation.

Manbir Nirwan
A graduate of the LL.B program at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom, Manbir has also completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at Schulich School of Business. He is currently a student-at-law and a legal intern here at Hayer Law Office.

Christel has been a Law Clerk at our firm since 2013. Having achieved a journalism degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and completed Organizational Behavioural Studies at the University of Toronto, Christel speaks three languages including English, Spanish and Portugese.
Alexandra Mascarenhas
Currently completing her Political Science and Human Resources Management degrees at York University, Alexandra has been a valued legal assistant at Hayer Law since 2015.
