I have always had a strong passion for health and fitness. I am not only interested in exercise but the science behind it as well which is why I decided to dedicate my time to learning the material at an academic level. I use both personal experience and academic knowledge to guide me in the sport of competitive bodybuilding. My goal is to one day become an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder and I want to us my knowledge to help you reach your health & fitness goals.
I offer training, supplement, and nutrition plans however I have clients who prefer just nutrition plans alone. There is a general assessment form all my clients need to fill out which will help me design a custom plan that fits your needs.
