Career Experience I have been tutoring physics, chemistry, geometry, trigonometry and algebra to high school students for the past 12 years, and this has helped me gain experience in tutoring. Over these years, I have developed tricks and methods to help students' understanding of the lesson. I always make sure to understand the level of the knowledge of the student on any particular topic and then explain thoroughly with examples and practice problems by which they gain insight of the subject matter. My key skills are teaching note-taking, studying, planning, organization, research methods, and other effective learning skills; helping students to set goals for themselves and motivating them to achieve those goals with praise and excellence; providing feedback on student performance; distributing informative study guides and other teaching materials.
