Looking for boys or girls from Gujarati or Vaishnav community who are students or working professional, strictly vegetarian, non-smoker & non-drinker for our shared accommodation facility located in Brampton East's prime and very convenient location on the major intersection of The Gore Road-Cottrelle Blvd. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, Close to Grocery store (Asian Food Center) and easy access to various Colleges in Brampton/Toronto (Humber North Campus, Sheridan College, Seneca College, York University). Brampton Transit 50, 35 & 23 on route and at walking distance. Very convenient for commute to Humber College, Etobicoke. Food service will be provided at $250/month. Tea/Coffee vending machine in kitchen available to use at no cost. Onsite paid laundry and 4 parking spots available at $50/month each for anyone looking for parking spot. Individual should be well mannered, respectful and keep the property nice and clean. Access to the rooms will be required for bi-weekly cleaning services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the facility.
