Raphael Samson is a founding member of Negi Samson LLP.
He obtained an LLB at the University of Bombay in 1988, B.G.L. (Bachelor of General Laws) in 1987 and B.Comm with specialization in accountancy in 1985.
Raphael obtained a certificate of qualification from NCA in 2008.
Raphael is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
He is also a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra (India) since 1989.
Raphael is a Notary Public for the Province of Ontario. He is a member of South Asian Bar Association.
Raj Negi is a founding member of Negi Samson LLP. He did his Bachelor of Commerce and Law from the University of Delhi, New Delhi.
He got his MBA from the IGNOU, N Delhi, Delhi.
After being called to the Bar in New Delhi, he practised extensively in Delhi District courts, High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India dealing in Family Law matters,Trade Mark matters and Civil litigation.
In Canada, Raj obtained Certification of Qualification from NCA, Ottawa in 2009 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2010.
He is a member of the South Asian Bar Assoication, the Family Lawyers Association and the York Region Law Association.
He has been regularly appearing before the Superior Court of Justice , Ontario Court of Justice and various Tribunals.
