I am a lawyer in Ontario and India. I am practicing law and providing legal services to the Ontarians in immigration, real-estate and business laws. I also advised clients, banks and non-banking financial companies in the financial disputes by means of negotiation, arbitration, and conciliation. Prior to law practice, I was State Marketing Manager – Fullerton India Credit Company, a Temasek (Ministry of Finance, Singapore) Holding subsidiary employing more than 12000 employees in 700 branches across India and responsible for market research, branch feasibility study and business development in the region. During stint with Fullerton India I developed Mass Distribution and Alternate Channel piece for the sale of financial products and services throughout Northern India. I also worked for Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd India (Global Pharmaceutical Company) in the Project Imports Division and facilitated eight new manufacturing plant setups. During my licensing process at Law Society of Upper Canada, Toronto and Graduation at University of Toronto, I worked for Rogers Communications, Timhortons, TD Bank and Bordner, Ladner and Garveis LLP and gained plethora of multi-discipline experiences. I received Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degrees from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India. I completed Internationally Trained Lawyers Program (ITLP) at University of Toronto and Law Practice Program (LPP) at Ryerson University, Toronto. Most recently I completed Global Professional Master of Law (LL.M.) from University of Toronto and Licensing process of Law Society of Upper Canada.
