"Kirtan With Gunjan" Musical Mantra Chanting is a type of verbal chanting of some frequencies of mantras which create a positive vibration that eliminate negativity from our minds and helps in balancing mind, body and soul! It helps in : * Relieving day to day stress and anxiety , * Maintaining mental peace in tough times of Covid or personal situations, * Balanced personal & work lives and * Helps in realizing our sense of belongingness
It would be conducted by online mode only either by Zoom / MS Teams/ Skype. You can contact me for booking a time slot for you, varies from 30/45/60 Minutes, depending on your schedule and convenience. You will need a quiet space and comfortable sitting position on a straight back chair or on a yoga mat. There will be an Indian & western musical instrument's such as harmonium, dholak, tabla, sitar etc. to conduct these sessions. I conduct sessions either in English or Hindi/Urdu.
