Hi, my name is Mala and I am a 57 year old retired Manitoba Certified teacher. I have taught at ALL GRADE levels in Math and ELA. I can also tutor in the following subjects up to Grade 9: Science, French, Social Studies and Remedial Reading.
I am fully vaccinated and wear a mask if you choose to do in person tutoring . For online tutoring I use a whiteboard and set up a Google Classroom account so I can post assignments for your child.
I help with homework and also provide additional material to help my students understand and practice their work. I also use online websites where your child can practice concepts they have learned.
I have been a private tutor for 17 years as I took early retirement. I am an extremely dedicated teacher and take pride in ensuring your child understands what is taught and guarantee improved grades.
I tutor from my home in South Osborne and can provide excellent references on request. I provide QUALITY tutoring therefore my rate will not be as low as University students or students who are still in school. I have one spot available at present. My rate is $30 an hour.
