I am home based and ship all over, the customer pays all shipping cost, duty, taxes, ect. I do not ship until payment is received. I accept pay pal if ordering on line, just email me with your order, I will then send you a invoice for pay pal, once payment is received I will ship your order out and give you a tracking #. Pick up orders are cash only, my customers just book a time that works for them any time after 12 pm, email or call after 12 pm.
