Looking for a chef experienced in Indian cuisine and steamed foods

I am a looking for a chef on a part time ( initially- may turn to a full time) basis preferably with access to his kitchen. Chef should be experienced in cooking soy/plant based recipes and have experience in steam cooking of food. Will be paid as per experience.
