Dhaman Kissoon is an experienced lawyer who has received his legal training at the University of Kent, Canterbury, United Kingdom and at the Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
Shortly after graduation from Queen’s University he was invited to teach at the Faculty of law at Queen’s University.
He has been teaching there for the last 27 years. After stint on Bay street, Mr. Kissoon moved his law practice to Etobicoke where he has had his office since 1992.
In May, 2000 he started the firm Kissoon and Associates. At the present time there are associates who practice in the areas of Real Estate Law, Family Law and Corporate Commercial Law.
Mr. Kissoon’s practice is limited to Criminal and Immigration laws. Mr. Kissoon has defended clients on charges ranging from murder to shoplifting.
Mr. Kissoon sits on many Boards and Advisory Boards of Charitable; Sports and Religious organizations. He has been involved in fundraising activities for many charitable organizations.
