Jolly Indian Bistro

Jolly took up positions in many prestigious, up-scale restaurants and hotels in Austria, catering to celebrity figures and successful business clientele on a regular basis. He also worked on a Walt Disney cruise ship for some time. It was there on the ocean liner where he quickly learned how to cope with the fast paced western–style restaurant business.
