EXPRESS ENTRY
Express Entry is used to manage applications for permanent residence under these federal economic immigration programs:
1.FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM
2.FEDERAL SKILLED TRADES PROGRAM
3.CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS
In order to get 600 points, the candidates need either LMIA (Arranged employment offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment) or PNP (a nomination from a province). So, if you are a graduate and having 3 years’ experience in a non-regulated profession we can apply for an LMIA (even if you are in a foreign country). These additional points will make a candidate rank high enough to be invited to apply at the next eligible round of invitations. Highly skilled people with high score in IELTS only will get invitation without an AEO (Arranged Employment Offer) from foreign countries.
But if you studied in Canada and having work experience in Canada your chances are high to get Express Entry Invitation. The rest 600 points depends on your Education, language ability, Work experience, Age and other skills that will help us assess you. You need to evaluate your educational certificates too. If someone is invited to apply, they will have 60 days to submit an online application for permanent residence. Citizenship and Immigration Canada will process the majority of complete applications (meaning those with all the necessary supporting documents) in six months or less. Candidates can stay in the pool for up to 12 months.
STUDY PERMIT
If you are young without enough work experience for express entry or Quebec skilled worker program, study permit is the best option. When you get work permit after the studies, apply for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) or Canadian experience class to apply for
PR.SKILLED WORKER CLASS IMMIGRATION

BUSINESS CLASS IMMIGRATION

FAMILY CLASS IMMIGRATION

If you are a citizen or permanent resident of Canada and at least 18 years old, you can sponsor Spouses and common law-partners, Parents and grandparents, Dependent children. There is Super Visa program also for parents and grandparents (multiple -entry visa for 10 years. The dependent children must be under 19 years of age.
SUPER VISA
To be eligible for the super visa, applicants must be the parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents who meets the Low-income cut-off (LICO). Super visa will be issued for 10 years and the parents can stay for 2 years in Canada without any visa extension.
WORK PERMIT
If you are in Canada on visitor visa we can apply for labour market impact assessment (LMIA) and you can convert your visa to work permit. If you improve your English, you may be eligible to apply for PR.
I.A.D APPEAL
As I was a lawyer at the supreme court of India, I am interested to do appeal to immigration appeal division. Appeal hearings are for residency obligation, family sponsorship, spousal sponsorship and removal order cases.
HUMANITARIAN & COMPASSIONATE APPLICATION
If you are on visitor visa and you have compelling H&C grounds like you are too old to travel and no one is in your home country to look after you or your son or daughter needs you to look after their child and your presence in Canada is necessitated for the child and you don’t qualify for any other category of PR application you can apply for H&C application for PR.
INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY PROGRAM
Under the international mobility program, an open work permit enables a person to work for any employer for a specified period of time. An open restricted permit may, however, restrict the occupation or location but not the employer.an open work permit can be issued only to a foreign national exempt from a labour market impact assessment (LMIA).
QUEBEC-SELECTED IMMIGRATION
Quebec is responsible for selecting immigrants who wish to settle in Quebec. For skilled workers with a regulated profession in Canada can apply for Quebec.
