Bio:
Subash Giri holds a first-class Master's Degree (M Mus) in Hindustani Classical Voice. He is a principal instructor (voice) of the Indian Music Ensemble and a PhD candidate of music at the Department of Music, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He is a registered music teacher in Canada. Subash's aspiration is to enhance the quality of life by promoting love and understanding of music through professional music teaching.
Subash provides private and group music lessons on:
Indian Voice: Hindustani Classical Raga, Bollywood Songs, Sufi, Ghazals, Bhajan, Kirtan, Chants, Ginan.
Harmonium/Keyboard: Fingering, Chord Techniques for Indian Songs, Indian Music Notation, Western Notation, Bollywood Songs, Bhajan, Chants.
Guitar: Scales, Chords, Basic Lead, Chords and Rhythm Techniques for Indian (Bollywood) Songs.
