WHY THIS CLASS:

There are lots of cooking classes out there, but with the class sizes being so large you are never given the attention you need to learn proper cooking techniques. - How to increase your spice tolerance - Health benefits of various herbs and spices - Cooking techniques specific to Indian food - Hands-on learning to solidify your learnings around Indian Cooking - Observing & Assisting other students with their Recipes

The classes are taught in a home-style kitchen of a basement apartment with only enough space for 3 people to cook together, as a result we have limited seating on first come first serve basis.

WHAT TO BRING:

- An apron (this is optional, another thing you could do is wear a top you don't mind getting stains on) - A hair tie or clip to keep your hair clasped away - A chef and pairing knife you are comfortable using (ensure that this is wrapped securely) - ONE drink of choice (wine/beer) to go with the food. Note: Drinking responsibly is your responsibility. The host will not be held accountable for your actions related to your alcohol consumption. - A positive learning attitude!
