Preparation Method: Chicken/Mutton marinated in spices, yogurt, fresh lime juice, freshly blended garam masala, fresh ginger & garlic, cilantro, mint and fried onions and kept over night. Later Dum cooked in layers with basmati rice and covering the pan/tray to trap the Dum.
