Hello, Fresh home made Idli / Dosa batter available. We are making this with good quality urid dal, idli rice and fenugreek seeds (methi) utterly no preservatives. The batter is fermented naturally overnight to preserve the traditional taste. Suitable for all ages and especially kids. The batter is prepared using wet grinder and 1 kg batter can make up to 12-14 dosas. The batter can be refrigerated for a week. If you would like to try the batter we do offer sample for first impression. Priced at $4.50/kg.
