OUR MENU Tuesdays: Rajma Masala with rice (red kidney beans in spiced tomato gravy with steamed jeera rice) together with Aloo Baingan (diced potatoes spiced with eggplant) and 2 chapatis. Wednesdays: Boneless Chicken Biryani (rice dish loaded with spicy boneless chicken) and yogurt. Thursdays: Matar Paneer Masala (creamy curry made with peas and cottage cheese) with jeera rice together with Dal Makhani (whole black lentil prepared in butter) and 2 chapati. Friday: Shahi Paneer (cottage cheese prepared with thick gravy of cream tomatoes) with rice together with Dal Makhani (whole black lentil prepared in butter) and chapatis. Saturday: Masala Chana (spicy mixed chickpeas) with Jeera Rice together with Masala Aloo (spiced mashed potatoes) and 2 chapatis.
