Who I Am: Nice to meet you! My name is Raju Thomas and My wife Alice Thomas(PSW) We are looking for an elderly support worker work opportunity in our community, Ontario. Licensed PSW, compassionate, skilled, patient, jolly, and positive in many ways, trustworthy, honest, loving and caring. Both skilled in dealing with patient with colostomy bag, had stroke, dementia or Alzheimer’s. I am determined, hardworking and with lots of experienced dealing with different patients, and it left me more experiences and knowledge in better dealing with people. Both will be a trustworthy employee. I am ongoing more than 10+ Experience and able to Lift client effectively and to do personal care.
Service Abilities: I will take care of administering medication, assessments, and help with mental health. I have a driver’s license. Regarding my training, I have years of paid work experience. My Preferred Duties:
Provide attendant care services including transferring, bathing, lifting, feeding and personal care
Provide basic maintenance, cleanliness and safe of the home
Assist in the organization and scheduling of leisure time
Assist in administration of medication
Record fluid intake and output, bowel movement and daily temperature
Records daily blood pressure
Providing emotional support
Giving a bath with a bed ridden patient,
meal preparation,
give and monitor medication,
assist in everyday activities,
do the laundry,
dusting and cleaning-up,
meal preparation
