We use high quality pure gluten free flour. We do not mix any wheat flour in preparation but they are not guaranteed gluten free. They are made in the same area other food with wheat is made.

Butter/ Canola Oil is used for preparations. These are made fresh on order. If possible (and for bigger quantities), please order previous day. Same day pick up may be available in some cases.
